adjusting wordpress theme

i need someone to adjust theme settings for [login to view URL] 1. current top 468x60 ads should be adjustable to implement 790x90 ads in theme settings if title requires adjustment adjust css 2. Adjust and remove 125x125 ad blocks on the sidebar to show on top of sidebar tabber.(highest position) remove 4 125x125 ad blocks to show 300x250 ad block manageable in themes settings. Width of the sidebar might also need adjustment. if it does make content narrower. Featured images in that case will also need adjustment please update settings for image size in theme also or anything that will also need such adjustments. 3. Remove archives from the sidebar tabber and theme settings and replace with working tags plugin. 4. On the category line in front of subscribe button make similar animated buttons for facebook share and retweet 5. Change permalinks for categories only ie current set up [login to view URL] Required [login to view URL] remove category. no other permalink adjustments. 6. crate another ad management tool in themes settings on sidebar placed low (from the top of the sidebar) to be able to include 2 additional ads in parallel: one for 160x600 and one for 120x600 so it blends in with current graphics similar to [login to view URL] 7. create additional ad block editable in theme settings to show only in posts and on top left corner similar to [login to view URL] posts 8. create additional ad block 790x90 editable in theme settings for footer ads again so it blends in with current graphics
