MS-Access Point-of-Sale Project

I have a program that is partially complete. I am looking for a programmer on a Time and Materials basis. I have about 5-8 hours per week of work on this project for a couple of months. I have the program started and basically,or fundamentally, functioning. I need to have someone that is VERY experienced and a first rate VBA programmer to complete this project and make sure all the little idiosyncracies I have in mind can be implemented...promptly, as we work through a list of programming tasks that get defined as we move forward. Ongoing relationship desired. Can be located anywhere in the world...but must be easy to communicate with and understands what I tell them to do. I am a senior systems analyst in the United States. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. This is a "Work-for-Hire" project. I will own and resell this program myself and own exclusive rights to all programming. I will post credits and links to programmer if desired within the program. Please quote the hourly rate you would charge in US dollars. Programmer would 2-6 hours worth of work and demo their work and get paid via RAC's Escrow service.
