Create a PHP CMS

Hi, We need a CMS for a new website, we prefer that the system will be MVC based (for example - CakePHP) - it's a plus for you! This system will be in RTL (Right to left) - not that it is a big change, but you need to know how to work with it. This website will require (as general reference): 1. Users system (including some special tokens verifications that the users will buy in stores) 2. Full Site management (including menus, pages, etc') 3. Social media integration (login + automatic posts to our profile) 4. Special output pages for social media/search engines 5. Forums (Bulletin board) We will provide full, specific details of the system to serious bidders. This system is going to need upgrades/expansions - we would prefer to work with an experienced freelancer or a company for a long term. We will provide a very big bonus for a good system that will be developed.. and if everything goes well, we can assure reoccurring work.
