I am looking for a desktop application (or possibly web based) that will connect to the internet and search for articles about topics or keywords that I tell it to. 1. find out what keyword(s) I am looking for; i.e. money, insurance, retirement, and if I prefer it start looking at a specific url, otherwise [login to view URL] 2. search the web for websites containing the keywords 3. when it finds these websites, search for 2 things a) links to other websites which it will store to search later b) articles on the website containing the keywords 4. the spider will capture the entire article content, author, title, url address of said article and main email address of the website in a three part form 5. this information will be brought back and saved until I am ready to look at it 6. the spider continues looking for more content 7. when I am ready, I log into this software and find I can a) look at the newly captured article information, and make sure the three part form (title, author info, and body of title) is actually an article I want b) delete captured articles by name without having to read the entire article c) start a new search (it will ask how often it should re-search websites it's already been to) 8. after I have an article approved the application will provide me the html (when I ask for it) necessary to put on my own website a) the program puts the article into the webpage form, with the resource box containing authors name, website url where found in smaller letters at the bottom of the article c) it should also prepare an email type letter for me to copy and paste into my own email program so I can request permission to have the article on my website ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform multi-platform
