Planet Soft is IT company based in East Europe. Consists of team dynamic professionals who are widely experienced in Linux/UNIX , FreeBSD , Windows and Internet technologies. We specialize in programming (Linux/Windows) , Web Development and Linux system support
Planet Soft (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Planet Soft did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to Seanpg (the employer).

Paolo29 (the employer) forfeited the arbitration because they did not respond to the arbitration in the time they had agreed to. Planet Soft (the worker) forfeited the arbitration because they send private messages that included non-confidential information. Paolo29 had released 75% of the funds. All the remaining funds were refunded back to Paolo29.
