need a system admin to make me server schema

we are developing an online app that users subscribe to access our data (8TB). We expect about 10,000 + users who are members. I need a very good system / server admin to draw me a schema of what our server setup must be for fast access and also incase our data grows and our members grow fast. We want to use powerful dedicated servers (200gb ram etc), rather than many clusters. I need an expert to spend a 1 hour discussing the best way forward so we can set things up from the start correctly and can expand fast with no issues. Thanks Sam
