Write an app for me -- 2

Hi guys, I've been working with another developer to create some additions to an email app called ListMailPro (google this). It's written in PHP / MYSQL and i have a copy on my VPS running WHM / cPanel. What I need is a crawler app within ListMail (with new menu items and buttons added to lismail) so I can do the following things. You might want to create a new tab 'Crawler'. - Scrape Twitter for tweets mentioning a particular keyword such as 'website'. Pull the URLs from each of the tweets and then find the email for that website and first name. If we don't have first name, then the data is useless. - The email address and first name will then be input into ListMail as a new email list. - Within Listmail, I should be able to setup which pre-defined email gets sent to which list with other settings such as from email and other settings within listmail. - I want to get to a point where this entire process of scraping and sending emails is completely automated. - I should be able to automate this process too. I want to setup whether I can scrape and send every day, week, month etc. The tool will need to log Twitter login details so we can automate. I need to be able to setup a 'scrape and send' process for any keyword and setup multiple scrapes. So I can setup a new process for a number of keywords all sending to custom emails. The scraping script is here, but doesn't work too well [login to view URL] What I want is someone to fix this, get it done. I've had enough of working with bad developers, I need an amazing one who understands the project to see it through. I need the output to be fully tested and 100% bug free. I'm also late so I need this asap, 3-4 days max. UPDATE A worker has previously made some additions to this project and Iframed the scraper into the email app. This is not what I want, you'll need to fix this or start again.
