Outlook API - GroupDAV Syncronisation - Plugin

We have an eGroupware Server offering syncronisation via GroupDAV. Therefore we need an application that syncronises the information from Outlook with the eGroupware server using GroupDAV. It should be like Funambol ([login to view URL]) but has to be able to syncronise multiple calendars the user has access to. For example each user has his own calendar(s) and also access to calendars from other users. Funambol only syncronises 1 calendar. We need another tab in the configuration so the user can also syncronise other calendars he has access to. It should also syncronise contacts and infolog(tasks). We will provide access to our egroupware server as well as a few test accounts for you. The app should work with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Outlook XP and newer. -synchronization going to be two-way? E.g. from eGroupware to Outlook and vice versa? Q: Where do the shared calendars come from? Do they belong to other users in eGroupware? Yes, they belong to other eGroupware users. Sunbird offers also multiple calendars for one user. This should also be possible. Google uses also GroupDAV for their calendar and they can sync multiple calendars, too. So it should be possible. Q: If so, how is the synchronization going to work for these calendars? Should not these calendars be synchronized by their owners? A: The idea is that everyone can see all calendars from all coworkers in the company. So if I would like to set a meeting with my coworker "Bill" I can check if he has time and enter that meeting into his calendar, too. Q: I was going to propose the final product to be integrated to Outlook as a toolbar, but it can also be done as a stand-alone program. Do you have any preference? A: I think a toolbar looks more professional. Thus if it much difference in effort you can choose the simpler method. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform windows
