ffmpeg php frontend

Need a frontend php for ffmpeg, should allow full control over video and audio input parameters. should allow IP input, and output options. preset file will have all parameters preference for environment is debian as first choice or any flavor of linux. should be able to view the ip input via web interface (as images not as stream) and also the option to view output (can be as stream) should be able to specify the amount of instances. prefer 16 to 32. There should also be some alerts like if input not working, or a stream missing. or if spu usage too low This is very straightforward if you have knowledge of ffmpeg, and please be well aware of ffmpeg, otherwise it will just be too time consuming for both parties.
