Preciso de um profissional para desenvolver um sistema para tratar os dados de um GPS Traker. 1-O sistema irá cadastrar os tracker de um caminho ja percorrido, com os dados de coordenadas de Latitude e Longitude. 2-Através da porta serial irá coletar os dados do caminho percorrido, e apurar da seguinte forma: Nº do GPS,Latitude, Longitude, hora/minutos/segundo que passou mais próximo do raio marcada anteriormente. 3- fazer um layout do caminho original com os pontos marcado e o caminho percorrido. 4-gerar uma planilha de dados CSV para cada GPS 5-cadastro de GPS 6- Cadastro de Pontos 7-cadastro de abertura de raio do ponto 8-cadastro de horário estabelecido para poder registrar a passagem pelo ponto marcado 9-arquivo visualizador do traçado que o gps fez x o traçado do mapa original.
