We have one PHP based Joomla web development requirement, App needs to integrate with POS systems and able to fetch data from POS (Firebird database). This application need for small business and some services going to be incorporated in one roof like HR, Accointing, Ticket based support, document management and also required to build a small standalone application for windows based system where members can submit reports from POS and them systems. I highly recommend to not use Joomla for this. I would recommend use WHMCS for the management part and it shall cover everything for you. It covers, departments, live support tickets, billing, client base and anything that you may require. As far as design integration and setup is concerned we can help you get started with everything.
