Simple Posting-Bot for german community site

Basically what I need is a Bot/Software that posts a text (I should add around different 30-40 texts) to a Forum page at a german Social networking site and saves the acutally Postings-count after my post. Now it checks every XX seconds (defined by me), if the Posting-count changed (or if there is a new posting by an other user). If there is a new posting by someone else, it gets the next text and make the next post to the site. Then it repeats the process. Oh and I should define on what site it should do the posts, because there are more sites with exactly the same script, just another URLs. (I will give you the page's name per private message!)
