Invitation

I want to create a printable birthday party invitation on my web site.? I have created a form that allows customers to enter the childs name, age, date, and time.? I used a form because I want to control the way they enter the time - I don't want the customers to be able to make a mistake and enter the wrong time on their invitations(I used radio buttons).? I have the form but want to enable customers to enter their info. into the form and then print? out the invitation? with the info. they enter matching the? appearing in the invitation.? I have the graphics done for the invitation, I just don't know how to have the customer enter their info. into the form and have it appear on the invitation ready to print out.? ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
