Develop/Fix my broken website PHP CSS

I currently have a website developed, however the previous coder took my money and ran off without delivering me my product. The site is a craigslist type of site for cars ads Here are the files I was left with, but they seem to be incomplete, and the site does not seem to be talking to the css. this is my guess at least... [[login to view URL]<wbr />[login to view URL]][1] [[login to view URL]<wbr />[login to view URL]][2] My site is still on his server, and I would like someone to reproduce this site - both the interface and the back end. VERY IMPORTANT this site is currently sitting on his server so after you've fixed the problem it needs to look like this: [login to view URL] however, i seem to get an error message every time i go to this site. it freezes my browser and need to reboot my computer. If someone can help me with this and help my deploy my [login to view URL] site, it would be greatly appreciated, and I would also consider bringing you on board permanently to manage any ongoing issues. I would like someone to show me the fixed and finished product fully functional before i go ahead and pay them. by all means you can host it on your server to show me. Thank you
