WYSIWYG Table Cell Formatter

WYSIWYG Table Cell Formatter input: text and pictures output: to html table cells that are 4 1/4 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches tall A web form allows user to input text and the urls and sizes of pictures. The program then shows the user a sample layout of that text and those pictures in an HTML table where the cells are exactly 4 1/4 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches tall no more, no less. There can be any number of cells, and they can be arranged in any format that makes sense but the size of the cells must be consistent and exact. Spacing between the cells is irrelevant, and padding within the cell should be no more than 1/4 inch if any. The user is then allowed to edit the text and change fonts, sizes and styles (bold, italic, underline). Users should also be allowed to move the pictures around in the table and to resize them up to the size limits of the table cell ie. 4.25w x 7.5h inches. When finished editing a new sample layout is shown with the text reflowing around pictures and between cells as needed to maintain consistent cell size and the user is given a choice of editing or saving it. The save function should simply save the file as regular html to a designated folder on the server. This is a very simple project for a programmer who knows what they are doing. A PERL style sheet will be provided for the final submission to facilitate easy integration with our existing software. This bid is for the completed project in addition to the source code. This is a "work for hire" and we will retain all copyrights and other rights to the software.
