Social Networking Site

I am interested in having a social networking site developed that will be very similar to [login to view URL] (profiles, testimonials, listings, picture galleries with tagging, etc). I also require soemone who knows ajax very well. I want the search feature for my site to be like that of finance.google.com. Privacy settings will be a very big part of the site as well as integrating data from other sources into the site ( more details will be provided if you are hired for the project). As far as the site's functioanlity and design are concerned, detailed instructions and mockups will be provided.
