Asterisk and mySQL design and integration

We need someone to perform the following tasks: -Design and build a user profile db table in MySQL with specified feilds -Design a script that will search for matching profiles in that table based on a set of criteria and create a table containing the matching profiles it finds, then keep that table updated with any new matching profiles entered into the main profile table. -Design a script that will take matching profiles from each of the matching profile tables and create a call group within an Asterisk open source PBX server. This will allow users with matching profiles to push send on their wireless VoiP handsets and connect to other people with matching profiles within their call group. This means that each user profile will need some sort of unique identifier assigned to it within the profile db in order to match the phone IP with the profile it's assosiated with. We already have the infrastructure planned for the wireless VoiP connectivity. As far as the VoiP controller, we want to use Asterisk because it seems to have the options we need as well as being open source. We thought this would mean more flexibility in regards to interfacing with the configuration of the Asterisk server via accustom Perl or PHP script. We are still open to other suggestions.
