Content extraction and ratio building

I am looking for someone who can create a content extractor for me. I need to be able to enter either one stock ticker or several ones at the same time and the script will go to [login to view URL] and check each stock and extract some content from the results page and save it either into an excel spreadsheet or a mysql db. I then need either the excel spreadsheet or a webpage to present the results to me and do some easy calculations (i.e. if PEG value lower than 1 then show the result in green if not in red). I need the script to be web based but the results can be presented in Excel or directly on the web. Im not looking for anything fancy just something that can get the job done and show me the right results. I'm looking for someone that can start working now and get the job completed in the next 8 hours. Max bid: $50
