magento theme redesign from PSD

Please see the attached PSD, each layer represent a different page - this project is for the redesign of a live site, however, work can be done directly on the live server!!! the theme use's liquid layout, please do not apply if you have no idea how to do this, also, unless stated before the work is awarded that extentions are required, it will be presumed that no purchase of 3rd extension are required and thus all work can be complete by yourself, if this is not the case then the work will not be complete and payment will be withheld. the current site is live at :[login to view URL] and current image roll over effects will need to be maintained. further work to be completed that is not on the PSD: all the below ajaz function example's are to be used as per this site: [login to view URL] A)AJAX POP-UP - see attached - [login to view URL] B) AJAX add to cart including the animation - see attached - ADD-TO CART [login to view URL] (including AJAX CART CONTENTS ANIMATION ("MY TOTE" on the example URL ) animation roll down on mouse over, the cart will display the cart contents via a drop down animation using AJAX and display the contents of the customers order.) C) AJAX roll down on all items on the top navigation bar as per the url example. all work must be completed within 2-3 weeks, a discount of 5% per day will be applied for any days late with a max of 50% being deducted from the final amount still owed. furthermore, obviously the load time of the site should be acceptable < 5sec and all code and database should be fully optimized including but not restricted to: 1) Javascript size should be < 1000KB using minification and even more with compression after minification. 2) Stylesheet size should be < 150KB using minification and even more with compression after minification. 3) HTML size should be < 80KB by minifying the HTML. 4) HTTP requests should be < 3-4 requests per page.
