Fix tech prob for |nterspire Email Marketer / database prob.

HI, I need a programmer to troubleshoot a malfunction for my |nterspire Email marketer . All my campaign cannot send out & displaying "In progress 0/0" . I have tried rebooting the VPS server , restarted PLESK, and problem still persist. I'm out of ideas. I believe it has todo with the database. The candidate must be very familar with IEM, able todo database troubleshooting, optimizing, PLESK, MYSQL, etc . He also must be trustworthy & responsible as I need it solve urgently & promptly. I also have other projects related with EM in the future tobe done. Note that I installed IEM myself & self support the IEM system. The reason I need external help is due to the slow respond of |nterspire. This is just a small job & expert would take less than few hours to fix the issue.
