Urgent Joomla website job

Hi there, we have a Joomla website for a telephone directory that needs a few things done. 1. We need to upgrade the website to the latest version of Joomla 2. We need to upgrade Fireboard forum to latest Kunena version and also change CSS so forum matches site colour. 3. We need to change the text of the field in the directory 4. We need to upload a new database of about 16000 numbers via PHPmyadmin to the site. 5. We need to add a banner to the right hand side of the website pages. 6.
