Modify Modal Window Plugin to work with Image Slider - repost

Need to identify what needs to be changed in order for image slider to work within Custom Modal Windows. Right now the image slider is blank when placed within Custom Modal Windows. It appears that JavaScript does not work well within the Custom Modal Windows. Need someone to identify what needs to be changed in order for Image Slider, and other elements that use JavaScript, to work within Custom Modal Windows. I'll give partial access to my test site, so that you can assess where and what needs to be changed. See picture for an example of what slider looks like now within a Custom Modal Window.
