changes to site, mostly css style changes

the site with changes is here: cmr dot osu dot edu I have some changes to the site, which is in Joomla. Some changes will require basic design work, like resizing images and creating buttons. Most changes are style changes. This is not only a coding project, the purpose is to make the site LOOK GOOD! If you don't have decent design skills please don't bid. The specific changes are in the attached text file, most are simple spacing and css changes. Please let me know if you have any questions.
