Point 3 is obviously the one where php/MySQL will be needed (and the coding required for toolbar coding) The concept: SiteName site - Advertising made easy Overall the concept is to give small business people a better way to advertise and see the results while not charging the very high rates (and giving low returns to publishers!) for advertising. The website will feature three services: 1. Social Network advertising made easy - Small business advertisers can buy a 'block' of advertising across the major social networks at once. Each block will give the business 1000 visitors and discounts for larger blocks will be given. 2. Advertising Auctions : What is advertising on your site really worth? The site will host Advertising Auctions - where publishers and blog owners auction off ad space on their website. Advertisers can either "buy it now" or enter the auction to bid with the other advertisers. 3. SiteName InfoBar: Cheap advertising and information for small businesses A simple small header appears on the top of client websites and also a tool bar which has links to advertising information and results.
