Developing Map Editor for a Web Based Game.

Hello Guys, We need a Map Editor for a web based game for my site. The map editor must be based on and be integrated with Google Map by Google Map APIs. Please look at the attached file for the detail requirements. 1. Rquired Duration : 14 days (included weekend or holidays) 2. For attending this bid, You need to submit the development strategy and capstone layer structure to us by documentation. -- Development strategy : .....2-1. What skills will be used for this. .....2-2. How many guys or Who will be involved in. -- Capstone layer structure : .....2-3. Concept level class structure .........(you need to include the Interface Methods design) .....2-4. The way for UI composition ** From your documentation, we'll evaluate your abilities for this case. 3. If you be awarded for this case, we will transfer 10% milestone payment to you immediately for the agreement. 4. We'll put 2 more milestones during the mission period, but the milestone will be released when you complete this project. (Of course the each % for the payments will be fixed before you start, by discussion.) All the payments(except the first milestone-10%-) will be released and transfered after completion of your work at once. 5. Qualification for the completion. -- At least one more full functional test must be included in the mission period(first by you, the other(s) by us) -- You must pass the test without critical error. 6. TERMS OF PENALTY -- If you exceed 14 days(the required duration), 3% penalty of the total budget will be put for you per one excess day. -- So, If you exceed the deadline, the sum of penalties will be excepted from your payment for this project.
