Customising iproperty component for Joomla

Hi, I have setup a real estate website at [login to view URL] personally and due to lack of programming knowledge would need help with Customising it: Here are the objectives we would like to meet: a. Customising the login form to include a few details for the tenant like Company, Budget, Possession date, etc. b. Being able to see flats shortlisted by tenants/or alerts on email when client shortlists properties (whichever is cheaper) c. Making the province field a multiple selection field d. Overall performance enhancement to make it faster - I suspect better hosting (currently hosted on a shared host at [[login to view URL]][1]) e. Home Page redesign to facilitate fast and easy selection. f. Making URLs SEO Friendly g. Performance enhancement - Currently the website takes 5-8 seconds to downloads, I would like it to download in 3 seconds - is this possible with 1000 properties and 50 concurrent users? h. Technical support for 1 year. i. Would using a free template slow down the system?
