SEO for Dutch website

I am looking for someone with knowledge and experience in the field of SEO to get my websites ranked higher. Now it is marketed only in the right results of search engines (cpc), but I'd like to get clicks through the left results as well for a number of keywords. My company is situated in The Netherlands (Europe) and is about legal services. I used the url [[login to view URL]][1] till now and plan to start using [[login to view URL]][2] now as a marketingtool (wanted keywords in the url).
