I am designing a portal on my website for setting up and organising jobs for my staff. They will login from their mobile device and see jobs I have created for them from admin cp. I have already created the database and I will design all the html and make all the forms myself because it will be faster for me to just do that instead of to explain what I want to do. You will see what I am doing. I will need a secure login script where admin can create/edit users, we can use a modified existing open source script as long as it is secure. I need someone I can work with on skype on an hourly rate so that I can just go ahead and start designing and we can work on each part one by one. I will just make a page and ask you to do the code to make a certain function work. I want to use js to shrink photographs client side before submitting them. I need to make it work within the next 2 weeks, it is not really a big script to write.
