Customize a Joomla 3 template for restaurants

Hello, We are a chain of a growing number of restaurants. We are looking for a partner to build our website. Our requirements are: 1. Support mobile browsers. 2. Support Unicode (Vietnamese). Reference template is [login to view URL] 3. Support online order (cart) but offline payment. Our customer can order their food at their table, using their smartphones, then they pay in cash or credit cards. Online payment is optional. The order should have the name of the person who ordered and the name of the table which he is serving. 4. Support multiple restaurants using the same database. Each restaurant has its own homepage like restaurant1.mysite.com. Each one has a distinct name, address, phone, list of foods or menu set, etc... The restaurant manager can view all the related infos relating his restaurant but have no access to the other restaurants. He can edit the restaurant info, add/delete the food menu of his own. The menu item should have name, price, picture, description, availability or stock level,... 5. The global admin can create/delete/activate/deactivate the restaurant in the chain; assign/change the restaurant manager account for each restaurant. 6. Support a view for kitchen so that the food which has been ordered by customer will be displayed. This list will be updated automatically every minute. 7. Support a view for cashier so that he/she know the status of the foods e.g. which one has been served which is not. When one disk is cooked and going to be severed, the waiter (or cashier) will click to change it status from waiting to served. This item will no longer displayed at kitchen but instead going into invoice to customer of that table. 8. Support a view for the restaurant manager to see all the orders in his restaurant in any period of time (start date and end date) 9. Expected time for building and testing website is 1 month.
