Create a Wordpress Module / Plugin or component

Hi Everybody , I need the following task .. and i will pay upon task finished and tested I need you to develop a component or widget or whatever that will do the following :- User Module User can register with his Facebook or twitter and after that user redirect to complete his profile in my site .. the basic part are: 1- the username( no spaces .. like twitter ) 2- password after that user should have a time line that has all his posts .. but the posts should be displayed in format of normal posts .. ( make it in separete design file so we can change it later ) the timeline will be like site-name/username_account/ if we can make it as sub domain it would be perfect :) ... is there any limits to number of sub domains User can do the following 1- browser the website pages .. (all of it is a page that has a photo on it ) 2- user can re-post any of these pages in his time line after doing any of these actions a) re-title it b) highlight any part ( cropping it ) ..we need a cropping tool c) highlight any part ( marking it by any color ) we need a highlighting tool 3- any of these action will be posted in his FB or twitter automatically We need a statistics part for the user Number of posts .. number of visits unique visits .. Please let me know the cost / timeline ... he will be responsible for development it later ..
