Hi I have just overview the reversvincheck site. I have understood following 1) This is working similiar to ecommerce site 2) Sells reporting packages 3) Integrated with NMVTIS api or web services 4) Providing facility to the web administrator to maintain the site with a basic CMS We shall develop this in PHP using standard frameworks such as Zend or Code ignitor. But it may raise the cost when estimating the detailed specification Note, this Bid is not for detailed specification. Please confirm whether you will provide detailed specification or do we need to do by myself? I think we shall integrate standard solution, such as Magento or Joomla and developer the system on the top of that. But only if you are comfortable.
