Dating site that other dating sites can use. (No competition).

Simple Dating Site idea. Not in competition with other dating sites and is free to use. The subscribers only pay to see the extra part's of the site. The concept is bases on a blogging site with a difference. Think a blog is easy to make although creating the subscription side is beyond me. This project would suit anyone who's interested in working with me on the idea and seeing how far it goes. I'm up for splitting any profits the site makes. I have experience in web design as part of my studies but very basic. I have no finances myself as I'm working on another start-up company. Up for risking a few hours into this for fun and see where it goes. Other business will be taking off in march. Only considering anyone near my area. Will only discuss in person.
