Clinic-finder.com web / database project

This project will require a new website. I need the following functionality: 1) PHP / MySQL database 2) CSS front end. 3) CMS of some kind. I am open to suggestions. I have an existing database of clinics. I need the database to be easily searchable by city / state / clinic type. The results of the search needs two result types: 1) Basic results (basic information w/ no hyperlink) - Free to the clinics 2) Enhanced results (includes a clickable link that takes you to a full page marketing area about the clinic and doctors). This is a paid service. 3) The marketing area needs to be updated by individual doctors / clinics via CMS of some kind. I will go into more detail about the sections of this particular page. 4) A sign up area with payment processing for new clinics / doctors /clients who wish to have an enhanced listing with us. 5) The ability to quickly add different / new types of clinics and the relating database. 6) The overall look and feel needs to be professional and clean.
