Flash+php website / image generator, similar to faceinhole

Before laying out the basic details: the specified budget is for a simple php site with flash image generator and is based on bids for similar projects, in case you are confident you can make this work within WordPress (user registration etc), please say so and we will consider your higher bid even if it is above our suggested range. Also please post the number of days you'll need to finish the project, after getting our server access (quickly upon agreement). No design work is involved, layout for html/php will be sent to you, and in case of wordpress, we'll be using the default twentyten theme. ------------------- PROJECT DETAILS: ------------------- Similar approach as [login to view URL], without the video feature. main navigation: HOME, CREATE YOUR PHOTOCHOP, BROWSE AND RATE PHOTOS, SIGN UP, SUGGEST A PHOTO [login to view URL] --------------------- will be a mix of latest user creations, ads, newest templates etc.. Number of each needs to be configurable from the admin panel. --------------------- [login to view URL] UP --------------------- Users open a free account so they can save their creations, and rate what other users made. form fields for username/password/email/gender/age required (gender and age just so that we could maybe target ads better later on). We need to be able to email the users from time to time with news. --------------------- [login to view URL] YOUR PHOTOCHOP --------------------- they're given a number of categories and then templates to start with, when they click on template they see it in full size (I'll try to make the most of them 800pixels on the longer side and 600 or so on shorter) but anyway templates should be able to accept different side ratios and pic sizes.. flash has to be able to take pics via browse button (upload from computer) or webcam, and do the same operations as on faceinhole (rotate left/right, flip(mirror), zoom in/out, and color adjustments (brightness/contrast/saturation/hue) to fit into template better. when satisfied they can hit done and then see their finished creation as jpeg, (guests get a warning message that they need to rightclick/save now to keep it, or open a free account to keep it on our servers and be able to hotlink), registered users get html code to post sites or bb code for forums, and the option for posting to myspace/facebook etc (DragToShare extended plugin for wordpress is exactly what I'd like to use, not sure how hard it is to adjust it for a non-wordpress site). --------------------- [login to view URL] PHOTOS --------------------- Here registered users can hit a rating from 0 to 10 like on [login to view URL] for each saved pic, and the social-bookmarking share option (and quick FB-like button). it would be cool if all urls on the site would be seo-friendly like /%postname%/ option on wordpress, so instead of just picID?=123456dfghsdxx2 we have something nice looking like /photochops/complete-template-title/title_assigned_by_user/ --------------------- [login to view URL] A PHOTO --------------------- Members need to register and then they can upload a pic for us to modify and include into our template lineup, there will be a copyright warning message, that members are responsible for what they upload, infringing templates and possibly member accounts will be removed etc.. So site engine needs to track who suggested what so we can later remove it etc. ---------------------
