See Below. ## Deliverables A small group of my friends are starting a News Portal, and Community. Domains are already purchased with server ready to go! [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The purpose of the site is to: - Provide news and links from all over the internet that has something to do with Asian culture or people. i.e. Manga & Anime, Facts and etc. - Articles and etc, user can submit etc. - Further expansion. ** It is not made for Asians only, it is made for anyone who enjoys Asian culture. We have everything ready to go, the plan, concept and a moderator team (to moderate the forum of course). I know the kind of design I want, but is unable to design it myself due to lack of skill and knowledge. I have concept drawings and everything laid out. What we are looking for is someone who is willing to join the development team for this portal. This person would need to be good at: - Flash - CSS - HTML/PHP - MySQL - Good with portal packages (preferebly the PHPbb2 plus package) - and of course: be creative in their design. ** Would be good if they are good at drawing and graphics (since this is a "tobeasian" site after all, so should carry a sort of asian feel) Benefits:- - Sadly, we do not have much of a "war chest" at the moment. - But if what we offer atm is not enough, we can probably work something out. i.e. advertising rights on the site for your studio etc ** This portal will constantly be down for improvement, but we hope to launch Version 1 by the Early or mid next month. The job would include: 1) Designing the front page 2) Designing the forum ** We chosen to use the PHPbb2 Plus content management system with ezportal, so this will be what you will be modding. 3) Designing of a suitable logo. (nothing too fancy required) 4) Choice for future involvement in the development of the site. **Please ignore the budget, we are only willing to pay a maximum of 400 AUD. ## Platform See Above.
