Yet Another Graphical Ticker Script

I have a need for a PHP/MySQL based web application that will generate a dynamic, graphical ticker image for a user that indicates progress toward an event. The image generated will be based on the type of ticker chosen for their event and the related date information that is provided by the user. Once the user has input the appropriate information for their ticker, the application will generate an example of what their ticker will look like and code that the user can copy and paste for use on their own web pages, or more commonly…for use in a signature on a message board. The ticker will dynamically display progress toward the event through changing label text and through a sliding marker image. Frequency of text change and marker movement will depend on the type of ticker chosen. Similar ticker applications can be found on many different web sites, but the one that is the closest to what I’m looking for is at lilypie.com. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be provided by the Seller in ready-to-run condition ready for the Buyer to install in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Full description of project is located in the attached file. ## Platform My server is a Linux server running Apache (not sure on version) with PHP version 4.4.0 and MySQL version 4.0.26.
