Temporary email management - PHP

The basic idea I have is that I need a serious PHP developer whom can help us develop a temporary email management script The Temporary E-mail script will provide its users with disposable e-mail addresses which expire after a certain time (defined by the admin)...on multiple domain names (domains defined by the admin). The user of the application must have the capability to read and reply to his/her e-mails (which are received in the temporary email) within the given time frame. The program should be able to support plugins, like Akismet, IP blocks...etc to help reduce the SPAM received in those temp emails There is no need to worry about web design issues, we need basic interface. Although we require that the coder use Smarty PHP template system to fully separate PHP code from HTML code and to use DIV's when doing the 'basic' design of the application I am ready to provide to pay the coder good if and only if he/she can provide 'good work' and rating 10/10 and good review for good support. Please don't send bids with promises only...if you know what I am asking here show me at least a concept that proof that you know what I am talking about ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
