Social Networking feature

A social networking feature where users meet new friends, add comments and have their own profiles. Like [login to view URL]'s user profiles but with less features. See example (jpg) attached. There is no need for you to integerate anything. I just want this feature by itself. I.e This is not a site. I already have a webite with forums so this is just an addon feature to make my website more interactive. Features for users: Change email Block user Change time zone Delete friend Add friend Approve friend request Delete comment No inbox, no private messeging Admin Backend: A robust control panel to control users.
