Shop Website with a difference

The site wanted is basically the following: An online store that sells digital content to uses. Users will be able to access the store and purchase items from many content providers and downloaded upon payment. The website will feature products from multiply content creators so these creators will have access to the site to upload their own content for sale, view sales figures, withdrawn money from the site, design their sales pages. The overal admin of the website will be able to set up these creator accounts selecting a percentage the admin will make of each sale of that creators product and how much control to give that user. So in basics a shopping website where all products are uploaded by the content providers and when they are purchased by users a %, ie 10% goes towards the website and the rest, 90%, goes to the content owners. Please see Deliverables for more information on script and also PM me for more details on script. ## Deliverables We want a php website running via a mysql database. A full disclosure of the project information will be avilable once the bidder is selected. The script will need to handle 3 level of accounts: * Admin * Content Creators * End user Admin Accounts: * Have the ability to configure all aspects of the site settings. * Can create content creator accounts and set up settings like % admin earns for every sale from this content provider. * Can view all sales etc in reports * Can view how much money has been generated from each content provider. * Content Creator Accounts Once accounts been set up the content creator will be able to log in, upload their digital products and pick a price to sell them, personalise their sale page, view sales figures, withdraw their earnings from the site etc. * End User Accounts End users will be able to visit the site and view products provided by different content providers. Users can also search for all digital products and when they want to purchase them they can add them to their shoping basket. They can add products from multiply content providers to their basket and then buy them and be able to download the products once payments have been made. ======================== Basically when we, admin, open the site we will invite content creators, creator accounts, to sell their products via our site. We will make a deal/partnership with these people so they sell products via our site and we get a % of the sales, example 10%. Creators then have accounts created for them where they can log onto the site, creator a category for themselves in the store and upload all their content for sale and design their pages. When they have sold products they will be able to see how many products they have sold and how much cash they have made and chance to withdraw their earnings. Users will be able to access site and browse all products for sale or search etc. They can add any product to a shopping basket no matter who the product is from and they will go to the checkout and pay for the products and then download them or get them on a CD (if they pay few $'s more) The system will then keep track of all payments, all files sold, send the admin the 10% of the sales etc and send the rest to the content creators account. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
