Need Coder to review/edit php code to speed up page loads

We are looker for a well experienced PHP coder to review a custom PC configurator that was developed for us a couple years back. We are looking for someone to revise the coding to help with page loading times. Right now when someone clicks on the button for our PC Configurator on any of our models it can take up to 12 seconds to load on a Broadband connection. We need much faster load times. We again need someone that can go through the code and speed up the load times on these pages. We would be happy to provide details of our site and pages through PM. Please PM for further info. This is based on a OSCommerce PHP Store Thank you- ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
