I am using Maximizer 9 as a client management system.
I have a number of UDF's that are populated only for some clients.
I want to be able to print a single sheet (hard copy) for each client that I can review during a meeting to confirm current information, and add information for those blank UDF's that we wish to populate (information to be later added into Maximizer after the meeting).
I have been told that the Crystal reports module in Maximizer 9 is perfect for this, but I have never used it, and I want a tutorial/lesson - somebody to walk me through the procedure to create this report.
End goal is a report that my assistant can create for any client at the push of a button.
I think that with someone that understood the software, we could accomplish this on the phone in substantially less than one hour, but think it is prudent to make this bid for one hour of time.
Success will be evaluated in my understanding of the process, the ability to create this single page report, and understanding how to use this functionality to create future reports
