Flash Webcast Recorder/Player

Webcast recorder/player/editor in our flash design with XML menu (AS3) PLEASE SHOW ME FINISHED WORKING WEBCAST RECORDER/PLAYERS. I ONLY WANT ONE ALREADY FINISHED, WE DO NOT WANT TO BUY ONE THAT HAS NOT BEEN BUILT YET. Please read this carefully, do not bid unless you understand the requirements. Records/plays webcasts & slides that are timed. Works in OUR DESIGN using XML MENU 1) Records a choice of a) videos (.mov, all movie types) b) images with sound, or c) webcam recorder with sound; and 2) Adds slides (ppt, jpgs, pdfs, excel, docs) that must be timed with the player (as needed) 3) Creates a webcast menu (flash) that can be changed by XML (menu) 4) Plays recorded webcasts with slide presentations, 2 sizes for video-- full video (same size as the slides) and smaller video/image, smaller than the slides. 5) Allows for editing of videos/ images/slides 6) Compatible on a mac and/or pc. 7) "Create webcast" will go into admin, "Menu/player" goes on site 8) Must add it to our AS3 flash design with XML webcast menu list, so we can change it in admin ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
