Card Game Dealer and Shuffler

For this project, we are needing to implement a 'draw deck' and 'discard' deck to a small interactive (currently flash) card game.... Budget is small as this is a project more for enjoyment. Functionality: Must be able to draw a card and have it appear in a hand of a 5 card limit. And any card drawn must disappear from the draw deck, and have the draw deck number down as cards are drawn. When a card is placed into a discard deck, the discard deck must be able to read it and build up the discard deck. And that deck must be able to be eventually shuffled back into the draw deck. I must be able to input my own design, and cards into the draw deck..so accepted bid should make their own 'dummy cards'.. no design required. And I want the FLA. workable file or means to implement this functionality into my current started flash file.
