asm wizard needed - find out what to hook in .exe process

There is a program that I need to hook in order to intercept a certain string. I used to hook memcpy from [login to view URL] before, but they changed code and I think compiled the exe with the memcpy built in. I need someone knowleadgeable in asm to find out the signature of the memcpy function in the .exe file. I have already code that can intercept this, but I need to find out the signature.
