ArcIMS Geocoding improvements(repost)

I am requesting a bid for two ArcIMS problems. _1. Geocoding functionality:_ Currently, there are 4 geocoding layers (**Jefferson** **Street centerline, Jefferson Site address, Bullitt Street centerline and Oldham Street centerline**) from 3 counties. Jefferson Site address feature class is used in a custom search function to find the available house nos. on a particalar street by just typing the street name. This search function queries only the Jefferson Site address feature class. Now a 5th geocoding layer **Oldham Site address** has been added and the search function needs to be modified to query this feature class as well. Ex: ***Main St*** can be found in all three counties, but currently only displays results for Jefferson county. There is a drop down choice for the user to pick a county before entering the street name. 1. When Oldham county is picked, the search function needs to query the Oldham Site address layer and display the results in the same window. 2. When Bullitt county is picked, the search function needs to say "No Site address available, enter house no". Print Functionality: _ Currently, as-built viewer functionality opens the image in a JPEG viewer window(It looks like an IE window, but the print button does not work) Need to add a "Print" button to redirect to the default printer settings. For better understanding, can show both functionalities through remote connection. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform: ArcIMS 9.1
