OSCommerce "Confirm Order" goes back to login page

[login to view URL] This store worked fine for a couple years. Now all of a sudden, when customers click "Confirm Order," it goes back to the payment info page. After turning on "Force Cookies" under "Sessions" in the config (forum suggestion), it now goes back to the login page. I assume this is a simple problem, because I see a lot of people talking about it. The site is using STS (version 4.5.8 I believe, but could be wrong). Obviously I need someone to make this thing process payments again.
