Delphi Project

I am seeking a delphi developer who has extensive knowledge in TCP/IP and HTTP. Developer should have atleast 3+ years of experience with delphi and it would be VERY HELPFUL if the developer had a linux box as this project will involve connecting to fax software which only works on linux. The task is basically as follows : ** Delphi app -> TCP/HTTP -> Fax server **The delphi app is basically done, but what needs to be done is it needs to be made into a com based component of delphi based VSL, right now the app has an interface, i would like to make it command line based.
