Need a custom search engine able to spider aprox 500,000 pages in total. With controls to reindex based on different times for different sites. Results need to have relevancy to search keywords. Spider needs to have custom commands able to spider only certain pages with certain words in the URL. Needs to have admin section to maintain all aspects including stats on search keywords used and clicked results. Admin will determine rules for which sites are spidered as well as which sites are spidered. Also needs a user area where users can create an account to save different searches they have done or results returned in the search. So each returned results needs to have option to save, and each search done also needs option to save results. No limit on the number they can add to thier saved list, and also users need ability to search within thier saved lists as well from the user area. Can be an existing engine you have created, I will be doing the entire design aspect, I only need the code side of this project.

Your budget is currently unreasonable, given the amount of work required to create a user management system as well as other features you mentioned. I should be able to complete such a job in 20 days for a minimum of $500 (realistically). You can be guaranteed a hardworker and a quality, finished product.
