Create custom search bar

I currently have a website [login to view URL] the site is built in Word Press and I am using a business directory plugin for all of the directory content on my website. What I am need is listed below, please do not bid on this project unless you can provide the job exactly as I am after and my max bid is $200. I am a web designer however I do not have the knowledge to implement what I am requesting however the person that gets the job will get all Word Press login details and all Hosting login details immediately once bid has been accepted. What I need: 1. Search Bar Look - The search bar to look exactly as the screen shot I have attached to this document. 2. I need the search bar to be able to do the following - when either the a business name or any of the key words listed in the client listing on my website is entered into the search bar in the area titled "what" and the suburb or postcode is entered into the area "where" if a client has the key word entered on their listing and they are in the suburb or postcode entered then their directory listing is returned in the search results - it is IMPORTANT that both (postcode) and (suburb) can be entered and return relevant results in the where part of the search bar. *If someone enters into the (what) part a word lets say tiles and the enters a postcode or suburb into the "where" part of the search bar lets say the suburb was (St Ives) and there are no listing business listed in the directory with these parameters I wish for all business within a 30 Kilometer radius to then be returned into the search results giving the person searching results that therefore they may wish to contact.
