Need a SoftPhone solution that should adher SIP and H.323 protocols as defined in the RFcs. The softphone should work behind the firewall and NAT. Some examples of the end product could be Net2Phone dialer, DialPad, GotoCall etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all the work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The software should run on all MSWindow versions and should have small in size.
